The Atlanta Stockyards, a project which will claim the last remaining historic buildings in the old Miller Union Stockyards district in West Midtown, recently launched. Construction started in June, and the first tenants are expected to open next year.
The project is being developed by Westbridge Partners (who also did Westside Provisions) and will cost $30 million. It will transform three former warehouses into more than 130,000 square feet of retail spaces and loft offices, similar to Ponce City Market.
The Painted Duck will be a boutique bowling alley, which is akin to Buckhead’s The Painted Pin. The location is off Howell Mill on Brady Avenue.
