X3 Sports is not just a traditional fitness gym. It’s a training center that offers kickboxing, boxing, mixed martial arts, Fast Track, Power Track, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Yoga, and personal training.
What are Fast Track and Power Track?
- Fast Track is a mixture of cardio and resistance training designed to make you lose weight and tone your muscles.
- Power Track is an instructor-led small group weight lifting class. Using neuromuscular science. It’s a resistance training routine.
There are 500 classes per month at each location (Inman Park, Marietta/Smyrna, Westside). Participants in the classes find strength and motivation from others. This system of built-in training partners helps you stay accountable. Members often organize group outings like mud runs, kickball teams, and more.
