Creative Flex Space Approved for the Westside

westside-Inland-Tract-Third-UrbanA warehouse revitalization project on the Westside is moving forward and will offer a “creative flex space.” Granite Properties, Third & Urban, and architecture firm Krunberg Wall. The project will convert two former industrial buildings on Menlo Drive into an office development called Inland Tract.

The 77,487 square foot will cost about $2.9 million. All tenant improvements and interior work will be submitted for future permitting. Inland Tract is the second phase of Third & Urban’s Complex West Midtown, which was revealed at the end of 2016.

The Complex West Midtown is already the home of Proof of the Pudding, Bold Monk Brewing, Look Listen, and LTX Solutions. For more information about living on the Westside, click here!

New Brewery Coming to Westside’s Complex

westside-blue-monk-2westside-bold-monkA new brewery and restaurant is coming to the Westside. The Bold Monk will be designed by ASD/SKY, and will be a 12,000 square foot space. It will join Complex, an adaptive reuse project at the corner of Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard and Chattahoochee Avenue.

The building will have an eclectic mix of stone, wood, concrete, and steel and will be a contemporary representation of the monastic breweries of Belgium.
